How long does shipping take?

We usually ship out within 2-3 business days. Sometimes we can get backed up due to seasonal events like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc. On such occasions it can take up to 2-3 business days to ship out, and we guarantee 7 business days to be shipped.

We ship using USPS Priority mail. Shipping takes about 2-3 days to anywhere within the US, and 6-10 days for Canada (depending on how long customs takes).You should receive a tracking number to your e-mail as soon as it is shipped.

I received the wrong item in my delivery. What do I do?

If you received the wrong item, please email us at support@pearlbathbombs.com with the email address you used to make the purchase, your shipping address, and the type of bath bomb you ordered. Be sure to also attach clear pictures of the Pearl Bath Bomb package, with images of the bath bombs that came inside. Once this information is submitted to the support team, they can review and help correct your order.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We use USPS. Shipping with USPS usually takes between 2-7 business days depending where you are having the product delivered in the country.

How do I request to Change or Cancel my order?

We strive to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Due to this reason, we ask that you contact support@pearlbathbombs.com within 2 hours of your purchase to edit or cancel the order. If you would like to return an item upon receiving it, please contact the support team at support@pearlbathbombs.com.

What is the return policy?

If you have received a damaged product that occurred during shipping, please take photos of the damaged product and send to support@pearlbathbombs.com within 5 days of receiving the product. We will replace items that have been damaged in shipping when possible.

A small crack in the centre of the product does not qualify for a replacement bath bomb. Since we place ring in the center of each bath bomb, sometimes the pressure causes this small crack to appear. But no worries - bath bombs like this will still have the same hydrating, and fizzy effects!

Replacement products, refunds or returns for any reason other than damage that occurred in shipping will not be accepted. For all other return inquiries, please contact support@pearlbathbombs.com and our support team will try their best to help you.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the location the item is being shipped to.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Greece, New Zealand and Spain. Please note our currency is listed in USD.

Rings

Can I choose my own ring size?

You can choose ring sizes 5-10 in each of our bath bombs. However, if you win a ring valued at $100, $1,000 or $5,000, then you may select your ring size and style from our exclusive PEARL Reveal collection!

What are the Rings made of?

All of our rings are either rose-gold plated, silver plated, gold plated or 925 sterling silver plated! To help keep your ring in good condition, it is best to keep your ring dry and coat the inside with clear nail polish to help preserve the quality of the band.

What are the chances of discovering a ring worth $5,000?

There is a 1 in 100 chance to win a ring valued at $100, 1 in 1000 chance to win a ring valued at $1000, and 1 in 5000 chance to win a $5000 ring!

Is it possible to receive the same ring in two different products?

We have a very large inventory of rings and are always adding new ring styles into our products. Because we place our rings into our bath bombs at random, we cannot promise that you will never receive a duplicate ring. We do our best to provide the largest selection of rings possible to help ensure that our products contain a variety of different styles inside.

Are the rings photographed next to the products the one that come with it?

The rings placed next to the products online are for presentation purposes only. We randomly select rings to go inside our products.

How much is my ring worth?

Each Pearl Bath Bombs contains one beautiful ring valued at $10-$30 and one redemption code. After creating an account with Pearl Bath Bombs, you can enter the redemption codes to reveal if you’ve won a ring valued at $100, $1,000, or $5,000! Lucky winners will then get the chance to choose which style of ring and size they would like to receive.

Candles

What are Your Candles Made From?

Our candles are made from 100% all-natural coconut wax. Our candles contain no parabens, preservatives, artificial colours and use a cotton wick to allow for the cleanest burning experience.

Why do we use coconut wax?

We use coconut wax in all of our Ring Candles because it burns a lot cleaner than other types of wax. Coconut wax is sustainable and eco-friendly. Our coconut wax candles contain no parabens, no animal testing, 100% vegan and has a 100 hour burn time.

What type of Wick do you use?

All of our candle wicks are made from Cotton.

Our candles are 12 ounces.

What is Candle Tunneling?

Candle tunnelling happens when you have too many short burns where the wax ends up burning straight down the center of the jar. To avoid candle tunnelling, you must burn your coconut wax candle for minimum of 3 hours the first time you light it. This will allow for an even burn. Always remember to burn your candle long enough to create at least a 1/2 layer of melted wax on top.

Why is my candle sweating?

Coconut wax products are the cleanest burning candles. Because we add no additional ingredients to our all-natural coconut wax candles, a small portion of the fragrance oil may seep out and appear on the surface of the candle. This is called 'sweating'. To remove, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Candle sweating can occur during package shipping. This is why we ship our natural coconut wax candles priority, so you will receive it in several days. To avoid sweating the in future, store your coconut wax candles in a cool place and always try to avoid direct sunlight. Sweating will not affect your candle burning experience.

No they will not. Our bath bombs are made with FD&C based dyes that will not stain your tub.

What will I get in my Pearl Bath Box?

What you will discover in your Pearl Bath Box depends on the tier you have chosen. The Ring Edition Box contains 2-3 products per box. At least 2 of these products will contain a beautiful hidden ring inside, where sometimes we may feature an additional product without a ring inside. The Ringless Edition Box contains 4 items per box and offers your favorite natural, handmade, and cruelty free Pearl Bath Bombs products – without the bling.

What is the difference between the two Pearl Bath Box tiers?

The Pearl Bath Box comes in two tiers: a Ring Edition and a Ringless Edition.

To put it simply, the Ring Edition Box contains at least 2-3 products with a surprise ring inside, and sometimes features additional bonus products with no ring inside. The Ringless Edition is for those who may already have the ring collection of their dreams, but still want to enjoy our natural, cruelty free, handmade products – ring free.

Can I buy just one box?

At this point in time, we are not offering a one time purchase of any Pearl Bath Box.

How do I sign up for the Pearl Bath Box?

To sign up for the Pearl Bath Box, visit our subscription page here. Choose either the Ring or Ringless Edition box by clicking "Get This Box". Fill out the order form including your choice of a Monthly or Annual subscription, your ring size for the Ring Edition Box, and your email, shipping, and payment information.

Once you order your first Pearl Bath Box, you will receive a confirmation email and have immediate access to your Account and subscription information via the email you provided at checkout. Once you're signed up, your subscription will auto-renew every month or year until you decide to cancel.

Do you make exchanges or returns for boxes?

Can I change my Pearl Bath Box tier in the middle of my subscription?

In order to change your Pearl Bath Box tier you will have to cancel your current subscription before the renewal deadline (following your first box, this will be the 1st of every month), and re-subscribe to the new Pearl Bath Box tier of your choice. Please contact our support team at support@pearlbathbombs.com or give us a call at 1-(866)-888-0336 if you need help cancelling or changing your subscription.

Can I gift a Pearl Bath Box to someone?

Yes you can! The Pearl Bath Box makes the perfect gift for any one (including yourself)! Simply put in the name and address of the person you are gifting the box to and we will be sure to get it to them ASAP.

Do I earn Pearl Points with my subscription box?

Yes! You will receive 700 Pearl Points per Ring Edition Box purchased, and 350 Pearl Points per Ringless Edition Box! These will be automatically credited to your account each month for Monthly Subscribers, and for Annual Subscribers you will receive the full amount of Pearl Points for all 12 months once you have checked out.

How does the Pearl Bath Box subscription work?

After selecting either the Ring or Ringless Edition for your Pearl Bath Box, you will be asked to confirm either Monthly or Annual billing for your subscription.

Annual Subscription:
If you sign up for the annual subscription of the Ring Edition Box you'll pay $362.45 upfront for a full year of boxes (12 total boxes). If you sign up for the annual subscription of the Ringless Edition Box you'll pay $329.45 upfront for a full year of boxes (12 total boxes).

For both the Ring and Ringless Edition Boxes, choosing the annual subscription option offers you 1 free month (ie. you only pay for 11 boxes!). You will not be charged for your subscription again until the end of your annual term. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless you decide to cancel before your renewal date. Each month, we will email you when your order ships and allow you to track your package with USPS.

Monthly Subscription:
If you choose to join as a Monthly subscriber, you will pay $32.95 each month for the Ring Edition Box, and $29.95 each month for the Ringless Edition Box. The monthly subscription offers up to 35% off our regularly priced products online. You will be charged immediately at checkout for your first Pearl Bath Box. You will be sent an email confirmation of your order and will be given access to your account right away. All subsequent Pearl Bath Boxes will be charged on the 1st of the month.

Subscriptions – Billing & Shipping

How do I update my billing or shipping information?

Subscribers can login with the email address and password you registered with and update any of your account information. Simply go to the Account page and click the "Edit" button next to the information you want to update. Billing and shipping information must be updated before your the next monthly or annual bill date. If you experience any issues or have any questions about updating billing or shipping information, please contact our support team.

What do I do if my shipment is damaged or missing an item?

Any missing, damaged or lost items must be reported within 2 weeks of your Pearl Bath Box delivery date. Please contact us and our support team would be happy to help you with this!

When and how often will I be billed?

Monthly Subscribers
If you sign up today, you will be immediately billed for your first Pearl Bath Box which is the box currently outlined on the Pearl Bath Box homepage. When we release our next monthly box, your credit card will be charged on the 1st of that corresponding month.

For example, if you bought your first Pearl Bath Box on November Xth you will be charged immediately and the November box will be sent right away. Your next box, the December box, will be charged on December 1st and shipped within the first week of the month.

Annual Subscribers
You will be billed the full annual amount immediately upon sign up for your annual subscription this charge covers you for twelve (12) Pearl Bath Boxes. Your annual membership will automatically renew each year on the monthly billing date following your last pre-paid box unless you cancel your subscription.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you would like to cancel your Pearl Bath Box subscription, you must do so before the next bill date (ie. following your first box, this is the 1st of the month for Monthly subscriptions or the end of the annual term for Annual subscriptions). Otherwise, you will continue to be billed for the following months box.

To unsubscribe from your subscription, please email our support team at support@pearlbathbombs.com or give us a call at 1-(866)-888-0336 and have your Account email ready. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any paid boxes, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect for the following billing cycle. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 boxes and are nonrefundable.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax may apply to orders depending on your location. Any applicable taxes will be detailed in your Pearl Bath Box invoice.

Your first box will ship immediately upon successful payment. All successive boxes will be shipped from our warehouse within the first week of the month with USPS. Shipping with USPS usually takes between 2-7 business days once picked up from our warehouse, depending where you are having the product delivered in the country. You will receive an email with tracking information once your box has shipped.

Does the Pearl Bath Box ship internationally?

Currently, the Pearl Bath Box is only shipping to the USA.
